During this workshop...

You'll learn the five forms of racism, how to distinguish between being an ally and an accomplice, and the difference between diversity and inclusion.

Collectively, we will move from emotion to action.

What you will leave with:

White attendees: Increased awareness of the racism in the home organizing and productivity industry, personal action steps to take, and effective language to use.

BIPOC attendees: A sense of feeling seen and heard in a safe environment.

Who is this for?

Those who work in the organizing and productivity space that identify as...

BIPOC attendees:

Spaceholders and healers of BIPOC communities who need and deserve to be held.

White attendees:

Ready to take the back seat and learn in a BIPOC-led environment. Ready to confront racism and understand the privilege of inhabiting a white body in a white-dominated industryReady to step away from just taking care of your own and into taking care of those who need it most with direction from BIPOC communities.

Choose the price point that feels right for you. All funds will be allocated to further anti-racist efforts in the organizing and productivity industry.
